Who we are

The Valley House Interiors & Landscape Design Ltd is a limited company offering interior design services as well as garden designs. This website also contains a personal blog by Victoria Rumens. All content and opinions are by Victoria Rumens. If different content is used it will be marked with a reference source. All DIY advice given is based on my suggestion & personal experience. I am qualified as an Interior Designer by City & Guilds Certificate, however, I’m not qualified by trade in any form of DIY and cannot be held accountable for any advice deemed as counterfactual.

Therefore Valleyhouseinteriors.com or Victoria Rumens can’t be held responsible for any damage, harm, personal injury, or loss of earnings encountered when choosing to follow any advice given within any of the blog posts featured on this website. If you have issues or are not satisfied with any product that is recommended via this website, it is advised to contact the product manufacturer.

Valley House Interiors & Landscape Design Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy and will ensure that the information obtained from you and used will always be processed and transferred in compliance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). If signing up to the valleyhouseinteriors.com newsletter, the name given and the email address will be stored in two places:

  1. On the blog hosted by WordPress.com. We do not process your email further, we do not download it and we do not share it with any third party.

  2. On the mailing list host Newsletter (WordPress Plugin). I have full access to all data stored there and can enable deletion of a subscriber’s data should they so wish.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
